If you are having problems getting in and out of AirMouse mode, please follow these steps:
- Make sure you are using a Tap Strap 2.
- Check your TapManager settings. Make sure that your firmware version is up to date and that the AirMouse setting is "Enabled".
- Make sure that the thumb ring is lined up with your thumb nail, and make sure that your thumb is level and pointed forward.
- Make sure that your are in AirMouse Mode. There are three gesture modes: AirMouse, Multimedia, and Smart TV. You can toggle between these modes by clicking your middle finger against your thumb. You will feel one buzz when you are in AirMouse Mode, two buzzes in multimedia, and three buzzes in TV mode.
