When my Tap is connected the keyboard is not available. It is not showing or popping up.

When a Bluetooth keyboard is connected to your device, the keyboard layout will be hidden, follow the following instructions to unhide it: 

•  iOS – triple tap “i” or “h” (00X00 or OXXXX)
• Android – Swipe up on the Android display

Please note there is a known bug on some Apple devices (iPhone/iPad) running iOS 15+ that causes the onscreen keyboard to automatically hide itself whenever a bluetooth keyboard is connected. We are working to resolve it.
