You may return your TapXR within 30 days of the date of the delivery date for any reason.* This includes pre-orders.
* 30 day return policy applies only to Tap Products that are purchased or fulfilled directly from
Tap or Tap's verified resellers.
Requesting a Return
To begin the return process you will need to complete an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form that confirms your information and product details. To request your form, email our customer support personnel at support@tapwithus.com or by contacting support via our chat or phone. You can also access a Google Form version of the RMA here: https://tapwith.us/rma. If you do not wish to complete a Google Form, please email support@tapwithus.com and we will provide you with a Word Doc or PDF version of the form.
This form will determine that your product(s) qualifies for a Return and be used to issue you a unique RMA number, which will be provided to you via email. Every return must have an associated (RMA) number.
Upon the completion of the form an RMA number and return instructions will be emailed to you directly.
If you are completing a return via Amazon, you can do so under your Account > My Orders > Return or Replace Items.
For RETURNS:
Once a return is received and verified to meet all of the above conditions, please allow 5-10 business days from the date of receipt for the credit to appear on your account. Credit will be issued to the payment method or credit card used for your original purchase only. Tap will not refund original or return shipping costs or duties. You will be notified of your refund via email.
