My Tap Strap won’t turn on.

1. Make sure that your Tap is charged.  Place it in the charging case and close the case cover.  Press the button on the right side of the case.  The blue light on the side of the case should turn ON.  The blue light on the thumb ring should blink very slowly. 

If the light on the charging case does not turn on, charge the case with the enclosed microUSB cable.

Note, models 2021 and later charge the Tap on contact, not through a button like previous versions.

2. If you hold the ON/OFF button for too long, the Tap will turn on and then turn off.  Use a short press on the button to turn on.
