If you are experiencing a long vibration (7-10 seconds) followed by short buzzes when powering your Tap on, your device's firmware installation may have been interrupted.
To resolve this problem, wait for the TapXR to power on after the long haptic and go to TapManager and complete the installation. For best results, keep your phone on a strong, stable internet connection and run TapManager in the foreground. If the problem persists you may need a replacement, please contact us directly using support@tapwithus.com.
Please note that during the firmware installation, your TapXR may buzz like this a few times as it loads the new firmware. This is normal.
