Here are some steps to take if your device does not see the Tap Strap:
- Make sure that your Tap is not paired to another device. This can be identified by the LED behavior of the Tap. When the Tap is ready to pair, the LED indicator will be blinking quickly (1-2 blinks/second). When the Tap is already paired to something, the LED indicator will be breathing slowly. Your Tap can only be actively paired to one device at a time, but you can jump between up to three previously paired devices using MultiPair.
- Make sure your device supports Bluetooth 4.0 and our other minimum pairing requirements.
- Turn your device's Bluetooth settings OFF and then ON.
- On some iOS devices, the Tap will identify itself as 'Accessory' in the list of available Bluetooth devices. Once you pair with it, it will show the correct name.
